To reflect the aims of CAPE, the following governance structures have been put in place:
The CAPE Steering Committee is the arbiter of all CAPE activities and has equal academic/industrial representation.
The CAPE Intellectual Property Group supports the CAPE Steering Committee in management of the CAPE IP portfolio, and operates under an additional degree of confidentiality and security to enable a significant level of trust between all CAPE Partners on IP issues.
The Technology Focus Groups (TFGs) support the CAPE Steering Committee in technical review and portfolio management.
All CAPE committees and groups include representatives from the University and each Strategic Partner company.
Within this structure, day-to-day operational management is carried out by the CAPE Office which is run by the CAPE Coordinator.
